Withings

• Weigh-ins. Your weight and the time of each scale reading, used to verify weight-loss bonds. We keep the earliest reading of each day and ignore readings typed in by hand.
• Daily activity. Steps, active calories, active time, and distance for each day, used where a bond measures all-day movement.
• Workouts. Category, start time, duration, distance, and calories for each workout, used to confirm a session happened.
• Sleep. Time asleep each night, with its start and end time and any sleep score Withings provides, used only where a bond measures sleep.
• Profile basics. Your Withings user ID, used to link the connection to your FitBond account.

We request the narrowest scopes needed to verify a bond. You grant access on Withings's own consent screen and can revoke it at any time.

• Verify that a bonded workout, daily target, sleep goal, or weight-loss goal was actually met.
• Show you the activity or weigh-ins that satisfied (or missed) a bond.
• Refresh your data in the background when Withings tells us there is something new, and once a day to catch anything missed, so verification works without you opening the app.

We do not sell Withings data or expose raw provider data to charities or marketplace businesses. Charity administrators see the donation records needed for their own organisation, subject to the donor’s visibility and Gift Aid choices.

We keep your Withings data while Withings is connected to your account. When you disconnect Withings, or delete your account, we ask Withings to stop sending us notifications and delete the weigh-ins, daily activity, workouts, and sleep we stored. Progress already recorded on a Bond stays with that Bond. Disconnecting Withings while a Bond it verifies is still open puts that Bond at risk: we can't verify your progress until you reconnect. Reconnect before the Bond's data window closes and your progress still counts.

You can disconnect Withings in the app at any time, which stops further syncing. To delete data we already hold, revoke access in the app or email privacy@fitbond.co.uk to request erasure, subject to any retention required for settled Bonds, security, or law.
