Rules version: 2
These rules apply only to a FitBond campaign identified in its Bond Details as a Paid and Postal Entry Prize Draw. They do not change the rules for ordinary paid Lottery Bonds, Product Bonds, or free Prize Draw Bonds.
1. One campaign, two ways to enter
Each campaign has one fixed prize, one activity challenge, one eligibility standard, and one random draw among all valid qualifiers. You may enter through the paid in-app route shown in the Bond Details or by the alternative free postal route below. The route you use does not change your chance of winning.
2. Postal route
To apply by post, send an ordinary first- or second-class letter containing the campaign identifier, your name, email address, and the eligibility declarations stated in that campaign's Bond Details. The Bond Details state the staffed postal address, postal receipt deadline, account-linking deadline, activity dates, prize, territory, and any other information required to take part. Do not send health information, fitness records, an account ID, payment information, or an essay.
FitBond records receipt and reviews each application against the published eligibility, legibility, deadline, and one-entry-per-person rules. If accepted, FitBond sends an operational email with a one-time entry code. You may then create an account or sign in, verify control of the correspondence email, link the entry before the deadline, accept the campaign rules, and connect a supported fitness source. No FitBond Pro subscription, deposit, service fee, or payment is required for a valid postal entry.
3. Equal qualification and draw treatment
Both routes must meet the same published fitness conditions using supported source data in the same activity window. A letter or code is not activity evidence. Each person can have one entry in the campaign across both routes. A paid and postal duplicate does not create an extra chance.
After fitness verification, FitBond takes one fixed prize draw from the combined set of valid qualifiers. It does not select by entry route, device-token availability, or marketing preference. If no entrant qualifies, FitBond holds the fixed prize for the published cancellation or recovery process; it does not award it to an unrelated account.
4. Paid route and principal
The Bond Details state the paid route's disclosed principal and service fee, including the treatment of a successful paid participant's principal and a failed paid participant's principal. Postal entrants create no principal, fee, payment obligation, or subscription entitlement. The fixed prize is separate from paid principal and fees.
5. Account and recovery
The entry code is an entry-linking credential, not a password. It cannot by itself transfer another person's entry. An account must be authenticated and its correspondence email verified before linking. A wrong correspondence email, expired or reissued code, email relay address, bounce, or delivery failure can be handled through FitBond support after proportionate identity checks.
6. Availability and changes
FitBond does not publish a Paid and Postal Entry Prize Draw unless its staffed correspondence process, delivery process, capacity, territory review, prize funding, and published timetable are in place. If an operational delay affects accepted postal applicants, FitBond applies the published recovery process fairly. Campaign-specific terms prevail for dates and practical instructions; they cannot provide a harder fitness or health requirement for postal entrants.
Questions may be sent to support@fitbond.co.uk. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling and retention.
7. Prize, claims and recovery
The Bond Details identify the fixed prize and its value. The prize is not a cash substitute unless the Bond Details say so. A selected qualifier must respond, complete reasonable eligibility and delivery checks, and claim by the deadline stated in the Bond Details. If a selected qualifier is ineligible, cannot be verified, declines, or does not claim in time, FitBond may make one replacement draw only from the remaining valid qualifiers. If no valid qualifier remains, or verification cannot safely complete, the prize remains held for operator review and the published cancellation or recovery process; it is never redirected to an unrelated account.
8. Paid-route money terms
For this paid-and-postal mechanic, a paid participant who meets the activity conditions receives their disclosed principal back. A paid participant who does not meet those conditions does not receive that principal back. The separately disclosed service fee is charged for the paid route and is not charged to postal entrants. A postal entrant has no principal to return or retain. These terms do not alter the money treatment of older paid-only Lottery Bonds.
9. FitBond and Apple
FitBond Inc Ltd, the app developer registered in England and Wales (company number 17020972), is the sponsor, promoter and administrator of these campaigns. FitBond secures the prize and is responsible for winner selection and prize fulfilment; the prize may be funded by FitBond or an agreed funding partner, while FitBond remains responsible to entrants. A separate third-party sponsor is not required. For support, contact support@fitbond.co.uk. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any Paid and Postal Entry Prize Draw in any manner. Apple has no responsibility for entry, administration, winner selection, prizes, or claims.
