These rules apply to every free Prize Draw Bond offered through FitBond. The details shown for a particular Prize Draw Bond before entry, including its prize, fitness goal, opening and closing times, territory, and any additional eligibility conditions, form part of these rules (the Bond Details). If the Bond Details conflict with these rules, the stricter eligibility or participation requirement applies.
1. Promoter
The sponsor, promoter and administrator is FitBond Inc Ltd, the app developer, company number 17020972, registered at Flat 23, 112 Candlemakers Apartments, York Road, London SW11 3RS, United Kingdom (FitBond). FitBond secures the prize and remains responsible for running the promotion, selecting the winner and awarding the prize. The prize may be funded by FitBond or an agreed funding partner; FitBond remains the sponsor and operator responsible to entrants. A separate third-party sponsor is not required.

2. Eligibility
You may enter only if, at the time of entry and throughout the Prize Draw Bond, you:
- are at least 18 years old;
- hold one verified FitBond account in your own name;
- are physically located in a territory where FitBond expressly makes that Prize Draw Bond available;
- satisfy any additional conditions in the Bond Details; and
- are not an employee of FitBond or anyone directly involved in administering the draw, or a member of their immediate household.
FitBond may require reasonable evidence of age, identity, location, or fitness activity.
3. Free Entry
Entry is free. No purchase, deposit, payment, or FitBond subscription is necessary to enter or win. An eligible Free-tier user may enter by accepting these rules and the FitBond Terms of Service and joining the Prize Draw Bond before its entry period closes.
One person may enter a particular Prize Draw Bond only as permitted by the Bond Details. Automated, bulk, duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised entries are void.
4. Qualifying for the Draw
Joining does not by itself qualify an entrant for the draw. An entrant must complete the fitness goal by the deadline using an eligible connected fitness source or verification method shown in the Bond Details.
FitBond may reject activity that is incomplete, outside the Bond window, manually fabricated, duplicated, technically invalid, or reasonably suspected of manipulation. If no entrant qualifies, no draw takes place and the prize is not awarded for that Prize Draw Bond.
5. Winner Selection
After verification is complete, FitBond randomly selects one winner from all valid qualifiers. Each qualifier receives one entry and an equal chance in the draw. FitBond records the selected winner and resulting prize administration.
FitBond's decision is final on technical validation, eligibility, and administration, subject to applicable law. FitBond may repeat a draw if the original selected entry is invalid or the selected entrant cannot lawfully receive the prize.
6. Prize and Winner Contact
The fixed prize and any material restrictions are shown in the Bond Details. It is not transferable or exchangeable unless FitBond agrees otherwise in writing. If a stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside FitBond's reasonable control, FitBond may provide an item or amount of equal or greater value where the law permits.
FitBond will contact the selected winner using their registered account details and may require reasonable proof of eligibility and delivery information. The winner must respond within the period stated in that contact. If they do not respond, cannot be verified, refuse the prize, or are disqualified, FitBond may select a replacement winner from the remaining qualifiers.
The winner is responsible for any tax or reporting obligation arising from receipt of the prize.
7. Fair Play and Disqualification
FitBond may disqualify an entrant for account duplication, location circumvention, falsified or manipulated fitness data, interference with the Service or draw, abuse, or breach of these rules or the Terms of Service. FitBond may suspend, cancel, or amend a Prize Draw Bond where fraud, technical failure, legal restriction, or circumstances outside its reasonable control make fair administration impossible. FitBond will act reasonably and, where practicable, notify affected entrants.
8. Personal Data
FitBond processes account, eligibility, fitness-verification, and winner-contact data to administer the Prize Draw Bond, prevent fraud, deliver the prize, and meet legal obligations. The FitBond Privacy Policy explains the data collected, recipients, retention, and your rights.
9. Apple
Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any Prize Draw Bond in any manner. Apple has no responsibility for entry, administration, winner selection, prizes, or claims relating to a Prize Draw Bond.
10. General
These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply in an entrant's home territory. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
The FitBond Terms of Service also apply. If any provision of these rules is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
