These rules apply to every Product Bond offered through FitBond. The details shown for a particular Product Bond before you join, including the product, the number of prizes, the sponsoring brand, the fitness goal, the opening and closing times, the delivery area, the delivery method and any additional eligibility conditions, form part of these rules (the Bond Details). If the Bond Details conflict with these rules, the stricter eligibility or participation requirement applies.
1. Promoter and Sponsoring Brand
The promoter and administrator is FitBond Inc Ltd, the app developer, company number 17020972, registered at Flat 23 Candlemakers Apartments, 112 York Road, London, England, SW11 3RS (FitBond). FitBond runs the Product Bond, verifies activity, selects the winners and remains responsible to entrants for administering the prizes.
The products are supplied by the sponsoring brand named in the Bond Details (the Brand). The Brand pays FitBond to feature its products. The Brand does not choose winners and receives no information about entrants except as set out in section 7.

2. Eligibility
You may join only if, at the time you join and throughout the Product Bond, you:
- are at least 18 years old;
- hold one verified FitBond account in your own name;
- are located in the delivery area shown in the Bond Details, which is where the Brand can deliver the product;
- satisfy any additional conditions in the Bond Details; and
- are not an employee of FitBond or of the Brand, anyone directly involved in administering the Product Bond, or a member of their immediate household.
FitBond checks your location when you join and may refuse entry if it cannot confirm that you are inside the delivery area. FitBond may require reasonable evidence of age, identity, location or fitness activity.
3. Free Entry
Entry is free. No purchase, deposit, payment or FitBond subscription is necessary to join or win. You join by accepting these rules and the FitBond Terms of Service and joining the Product Bond in the app before entries close. Entries close when the Bond starts, at the time shown in the Bond Details. You can withdraw in the app until then; a withdrawn entry can’t be made again.
You may join a particular Product Bond once. Automated, bulk, duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise unauthorised entries are void.
4. Qualifying
Joining does not by itself qualify you for a prize. You qualify only by completing the fitness goal in the Bond Details by the deadline, using an eligible connected fitness source or verification method shown in the Bond Details.
FitBond may reject activity that is incomplete, outside the Bond window, manually fabricated, duplicated, technically invalid or reasonably suspected of manipulation.
5. Selecting Winners
The Bond Details state how many prizes are available. After verification is complete, FitBond randomly selects winners from all valid qualifiers, up to that number. Each qualifier has one entry and an equal chance, and no one can win more than one prize in the same Product Bond. If there are no more qualifiers than prizes, every qualifier wins.
If nobody qualifies, no prizes are awarded for that Product Bond and the products remain with the Brand.
FitBond records each selection. FitBond's decision is final on technical validation, eligibility and administration, subject to applicable law. If you believe a qualifying day was recorded wrongly before the Product Bond closes, you can query it under Querying a Result in the Terms of Service.
6. Claiming Your Prize
FitBond tells each winner in the app and by notification. You must claim your prize in the app within 14 days of being told you have won. The Bond Details state which of these delivery methods applies:
- Voucher: when you claim, the app shows your voucher code and the Brand's redemption instructions. The Brand's terms for the voucher, including its expiry date, apply to its use.
- Delivery by the Brand: when you claim, you give a delivery address inside the delivery area and agree that FitBond may share your name and that address with the Brand for the sole purpose of delivering your prize. The Brand delivers the product directly to you.
If you do not claim within 14 days, cannot be verified, refuse the prize or are disqualified, your prize is cancelled and FitBond randomly selects a replacement winner from the remaining qualifiers who have not won. The replacement winner has 14 days to claim. If no qualifiers remain, the prize stays with the Brand.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a stated product becomes unavailable for reasons outside FitBond's reasonable control, FitBond may arrange a product of equal or greater value where the law permits. You are responsible for any tax or reporting obligation arising from receiving a prize.
7. Personal Data
FitBond processes your account, eligibility, fitness-verification and winner-contact data to run the Product Bond, prevent fraud, deliver prizes and meet legal obligations. For delivery by the Brand, FitBond shares only your name and delivery address with the Brand, and only after you agree when claiming. FitBond deletes your delivery address 30 days after the prize is recorded as delivered, or 30 days after your claim expires or is cancelled, whichever comes first. The Brand handles the address under its own privacy policy. The FitBond Privacy Policy explains the data collected, recipients, retention and your rights.
8. Fair Play and Disqualification
FitBond may disqualify an entrant for account duplication, location circumvention, falsified or manipulated fitness data, interference with the Service or the Product Bond, abuse, or breach of these rules or the Terms of Service. FitBond may suspend, cancel or amend a Product Bond where fraud, technical failure, legal restriction, the Brand's failure to supply, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control make fair administration impossible. FitBond will act reasonably and, where practicable, notify affected entrants.
9. Apple
Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any Product Bond in any manner. Apple has no responsibility for entry, administration, winner selection, prizes, delivery or claims relating to a Product Bond.
10. General
These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply in an entrant's home territory. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
The FitBond Terms of Service also apply. If any provision of these rules is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
